The DC Craft Mafia is thrilled to announce its first ever "Spring Thing" Arts & Crafts Show.

Join us for a glorious Spring day of arts & crafts near Dupont Circle in Washington, DC! The Spring Thing will take place in the parking lot of St. Lukes Episcopal Church, only three blocks from Dupont Metro station. Getting to the show is easy ...

Please note: Google Maps has St. Luke's incorrecty labelled at St. Thomas. Directions are still good.

We hope to see you there! Join us and more than 40 talented artists and crafters this Spring at what's surely to be an exciting day ... and we may even have a few surprises up our sleeves. We have a couple of musicians lined up, and one of DC's premier food trucks has a space reserved to add a little more variety to the local restaurants. Wholefoods, right across the street from the event, will also contribute.

The Craft Mafia is glad to have two artists of the musician variety joining us! Be sure to visit their individual sites.

Dave Tieff, front man of the late Laughing Colors, and a local legend himself will be entertaining the crowd with his unique brand of music and uplifting humor.

The Snakehead Run band (Papa Denny, Bro mark, Son Bunch) will lend their talents with their old-time acoustic blues, sure to inspire some to whoop and dance.

We're adding a little more flavor to the Spring Thing ...

The well-known food truck, Merlindia's own Fojol Brothers will be parked alongside the Spring Thing tents ... serving up their unique brand of Indian / Ethiopian mobile cuisine.

Our neigbors, Whole Foods, will provide free bananas for everyone to snack on.

Several other restaurant choices are also available in the immediate area, so you won't go hungry while checking out the unique creations our artisans will have on display.

And of course the main event can't be complete without the stars of the show ...

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue will join us from 11am-4pm with adoption info and available dogs
looking for their forever homes! 

Plus, they'll host an artist raffle where all benefits go toward their charitable organization.
